Users are solely responsible for evaluating one another, verifying credentials, negotiating their own agreements, determining payment terms, maintaining required licenses and insurance, and complying with applicable laws.

This Privacy Policy explains how NSTALZ (“NSTALZ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the NSTALZ public website, mobile applications, marketplace accounts, administrative and support channels, and related services.
NSTALZ is a digital marketplace owned and operated by Fenexclad, LLC dba NSTALZ.
NSTALZ is a technology marketplace that helps specialized Installers and Builders & Remodelers discover, match, and communicate about Windows, Doors, and Siding opportunities. This policy applies to information handled by NSTALZ. It does not control information that marketplace users independently exchange or process outside NSTALZ under their own agreements.
NSTALZ does not directly store full payment-card numbers, CVV security codes, or complete payment credentials.
We collect information directly from you when you create an account, complete a profile, select marketplace preferences, upload content or documents, communicate with other users, manage a subscription, submit a report, or contact support.
We may collect information automatically through the website or application, including session, security, device, diagnostic, performance, and product-usage information. Cookies, local storage, or similar technologies may be used to authenticate users, maintain sessions, remember preferences, prevent fraud, protect the service, measure product use, and improve performance. Optional analytics technologies are not described as strictly necessary.
We may also receive limited information from service providers, including Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, Postmark, PostHog, Sentry, Cloudflare, and GoDaddy, and from other marketplace users when they communicate with you, report content, or participate in a marketplace interaction.
NSTALZ may use information to:
Information intended to be visible to other marketplace users may include a name, individual or business name, company name, profile image, biography, ZIP code or general service area, operating markets, trades, portfolio, work preferences, company context, and verification signals.
Authentication credentials, private messages, support correspondence, private verification documents, complete billing credentials, and confidential administrative notes are not intended to be public.
Verification documents are restricted information. Access may be limited through authenticated access controls or time-limited signed links. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and NSTALZ does not promise absolute security.
Private messages are intended to be visible to their participants. Authorized NSTALZ personnel may access or preserve messages and related records when reasonably necessary for support, user safety, abuse investigations, moderation, fraud prevention, enforcement, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
Users should not place passwords, authentication codes, full card details, CVV codes, unnecessary identity documents, or other highly sensitive information in profiles, messages, portfolio uploads, verification uploads, or support email.
Portfolio photographs, profile media, logos, project descriptions, and other user content remain subject to the ownership and limited service license described in the Terms of Service.
NSTALZ permits users to submit licensing, insurance, and related verification information. Authorized NSTALZ personnel may manually review submitted information or documents. NSTALZ does not currently promise to contact licensing authorities or insurance carriers, validate every document with its issuer, confirm that a license is current or applies to a specific project, confirm that insurance is active or sufficient, or certify a user’s professional qualifications.
NSTALZ does not currently perform or promise criminal background checks, employment screening, credit checks, drug testing, sex-offender registry checks, comprehensive identity investigations, or government background investigations. A verification signal is not a background check.
Marketplace users remain responsible for independently checking identity, references, licenses, insurance, permits, qualifications, agreements, payment terms, project requirements, and applicable law.
Payment information for NSTALZ subscriptions is entered into and processed through Stripe’s secure payment interface. NSTALZ does not directly store full payment-card numbers, CVV security codes, or complete payment credentials.
NSTALZ may retain limited billing records and identifiers supplied by Stripe, including customer ID, subscription ID, plan, billing interval, transaction status, invoice or receipt reference, renewal date, and cancellation status.
NSTALZ subscriptions are separate from any payment arrangement made directly between an Installer and a Builder or Remodeler. NSTALZ does not process project payments between marketplace users.
Do not send payment-card information through marketplace profiles, private messages, portfolio uploads, verification uploads, or support email.
NSTALZ may use Twilio to send transactional and account-related SMS messages, including authentication or verification codes, security and account-access alerts, match notifications, unread-message notifications, support updates, billing or subscription notices, moderation or account-status notices, and material service updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to promotional SMS is not required to purchase marketplace access, and marketing SMS requires separate consent. Reply STOP to opt out of applicable SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of optional SMS does not necessarily disable authentication, security, or service communications delivered through other channels.
NSTALZ does not sell mobile opt-in information. NSTALZ does not share SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
NSTALZ may use Postmark for transactional email, including email verification, authentication, password reset, security alerts, account notifications, matches, unread messages, support updates, billing notices, account-status notices, and material updates to policies or services. Transactional messages may be necessary to provide an account or service requested by the user. Marketing email, if later used, will include an unsubscribe mechanism where required.
NSTALZ may offer browser, application, operating-system, or device push notifications for matches, messages, security, support, billing, and account updates when a user grants permission. Availability is not guaranteed on every platform. Users may disable notifications through application settings when available, browser settings, or device settings.
NSTALZ uses or may use service providers to operate the platform, including:
Analytics and error-monitoring information may include browser or device type, application version, pages or features used, session events, error context, technical logs, approximate location inferred from IP, and performance information. Analytics records may contain identifiers where reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service.
We may share information with service providers under appropriate operational restrictions; with marketplace users as directed by profile, matching, and messaging functionality; when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets subject to applicable protections.
NSTALZ does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for third parties’ independent behavioral advertising.
Account, profile, and marketplace information may be retained while an account remains active and as needed to provide the service.
After verifying ownership, NSTALZ will disable or remove the active marketplace profile and begin deletion of eligible personal information, with a target of completing that process within 30 days after verification.
Residual copies may remain in protected backups for up to 90 days before being overwritten or deleted through normal backup cycles. Backup information will not be restored to active marketplace use except for disaster recovery, security, or legal necessity.
Billing, tax, subscription, chargeback, payment-dispute, and accounting records may be retained for up to 7 years where reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, subscription records, payment disputes, chargebacks, or legal compliance.
Records may be retained for up to 5 years where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, user safety, abuse investigations, account enforcement, legal claims, repeat-offender detection, or administrative accountability.
SMS consent, opt-out, and communication-preference records may be retained for up to 5 years to demonstrate consent, opt-out handling, and communication compliance.
Support matters may be retained for up to 3 years after closure, unless a longer period is necessary for a dispute, safety incident, or legal obligation.
Messages and match information may be retained while accounts are active. After a verified deletion request, eligible messages and match records will be deleted or deidentified within 30 days, except where limited retention is necessary for reports, abuse investigations, disputes, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or enforcement of the Terms.
Users may request deletion through the public Delete Your NSTALZ Account page or by emailing support@nstalz.com with the required subject. NSTALZ may request reasonable additional information to verify account ownership but will not ask for a password, authentication code, full card number, or CVV.
After verification, NSTALZ will remove the active profile and begin deletion of eligible personal information with a target of completion within 30 days. Limited records may be retained under the schedule above, and residual copies may remain in protected backups for up to 90 days.
Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete an account. Subscription cancellation and account deletion may be separate processes, and an externally billed subscription may need to be canceled through the platform that processed it.
NSTALZ uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Measures may include authenticated access controls, role-based restrictions, monitoring, provider security controls, and time-limited signed links for restricted files.
No system is completely secure. NSTALZ cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure will never occur. Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access to support@nstalz.com.
NSTALZ is intended for adults and business users and is not directed to children. Users must be at least 18 years old. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact support@nstalz.com.
Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of a privacy decision where required.
Requests should be sent to support@nstalz.com. NSTALZ may verify account ownership before responding and may request reasonable information for that purpose. Do not provide a password. A request may be limited or denied where an exception, legal obligation, security concern, or other lawful basis applies.
NSTALZ is intended primarily for users in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where service providers operate. Users outside the United States understand that information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different privacy laws, subject to applicable protections.
NSTALZ may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the service, law, providers, or data practices. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. When required, NSTALZ may provide additional notice through the website, application, email, or another appropriate channel.

These Terms govern access to and use of the NSTALZ technology marketplace, website, applications, accounts, communications, subscriptions, and related services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the NSTALZ website, applications, marketplace accounts, communications, subscription features, and related services. By accessing or using NSTALZ, creating an account, selecting marketplace access, or otherwise accepting these Terms, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
These Terms govern the use of NSTALZ, a digital marketplace owned and operated by Fenexclad, LLC dba NSTALZ.
If you do not agree, do not use NSTALZ.
NSTALZ is for adults and business users. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering an agreement. You represent that information you provide is accurate, that you have authority to act for a company when applicable, and that you will comply with licensing, insurance, tax, labor, construction, consumer-protection, and other requirements that apply to you.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information, protect account credentials, and promptly update material account information. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent prohibited by law or caused by NSTALZ’s own breach.
Do not share passwords or authentication codes. Notify support@nstalz.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Installer users may create individual or business profiles describing trades, service areas, markets, work preferences, portfolio, project history, licensing information, insurance information, and verification materials. Installers are responsible for the accuracy, currency, permissions, and legality of submitted information and for independently maintaining every license, permit, insurance policy, registration, tax obligation, and qualification required for their activities.
Builders & Remodelers users may create company profiles, select markets, describe Windows, Doors, and Siding needs, and use discovery, interest, matching, and messaging features. Users acting for a company represent that they have authority to create and manage the account and must not misrepresent company identity, project needs, payment capacity, or authority.
NSTALZ is not an employer, employment agency, staffing firm, recruiter, general contractor, subcontractor, construction manager, insurance provider, escrow provider, payment guarantor, licensing authority, or guarantor of performance.
NSTALZ does not determine wages, establish work schedules, supervise jobsites, control installation methods, guarantee projects, guarantee matches, guarantee payment, guarantee workmanship, guarantee safety, guarantee qualifications, or guarantee legal compliance.
NSTALZ is not a party to agreements formed between users and is not responsible for negotiating, performing, supervising, enforcing, or guaranteeing any project, employment, independent-contractor, subcontractor, payment, or service agreement between users.
Users independently decide whether to communicate, match, negotiate, contract, share information, access a jobsite, or perform work.
Use of NSTALZ does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary, or representative relationship between NSTALZ and any user, or between marketplace users solely because they connected through NSTALZ.
NSTALZ does not guarantee that any user will receive or provide work, win a project, enter into an agreement, receive payment, complete payment, perform services, satisfy project requirements, or comply with applicable laws.
NSTALZ does not guarantee marketplace placement, profile views, leads, responses, matches, work, revenue, or results.
Verification signals may be based on user-submitted information, documentation, limited review processes, or other available indicators. A verification signal is not a certification, professional-license validation, background check, endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of identity, insurance, qualifications, safety, quality, reliability, legality, or performance.
NSTALZ may manually review submitted licensing or insurance documents but does not promise to contact issuing authorities or carriers, validate every document with its issuer, confirm that coverage is active or sufficient, or confirm that a license is current or applies to a particular project.
NSTALZ does not currently perform or promise criminal background checks, employment screening, credit checks, drug testing, sex-offender registry checks, comprehensive identity investigations, or government background investigations.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before communicating, matching, entering into an agreement, making payment, beginning work, accessing a jobsite, or sharing sensitive information.
Due diligence may include checking identity, references, licenses, insurance, permits, qualifications, legal eligibility, project requirements, written agreements, payment terms, safety rules, tax obligations, employment or independent-contractor requirements, construction requirements, and consumer-protection law.
Each user is solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and confirming the licenses, registrations, permits, insurance, bonds, tax status, employment classification, and legal authority required for that user’s activities and each project.
NSTALZ does not provide legal, tax, insurance, licensing, employment-classification, construction-supervision, or professional-certification advice. Users should obtain independent professional advice when needed.
Users independently negotiate and enter their own agreements. Written agreements should address scope, schedule, compensation, payment milestones, change orders, warranties, safety, supervision, insurance, permits, disputes, and other material terms.
NSTALZ does not prepare, approve, interpret, supervise, or enforce agreements between users.
NSTALZ subscriptions are fees for access to the technology marketplace. They are separate from payments, deposits, invoices, retainers, reimbursements, wages, or other amounts negotiated directly between marketplace users.
NSTALZ does not process project payments between marketplace users and is not an escrow provider, payment guarantor, collection agency, or guarantor of nonpayment, chargebacks, liens, or project disputes.
The public website presents these 12-month offers for Builders & Remodelers, in USD:
One payment purchases 12 months of access, starting when payment is confirmed. These offers do not renew automatically and do not authorize a future charge. Access expires at the end of the term unless you choose to purchase another term. Monthly figures shown on the website are comparison references, not available monthly subscriptions. Plan buttons lead to the authenticated Marketplace checkout after account setup. Existing subscribers retain their original billing conditions. Enterprise uses a manual Request a Quote flow, not automatic checkout.
Stripe processes web purchases. The current 12-month plans are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Only a previously purchased recurring subscription continues to renew under the conditions accepted at its original checkout.
Existing recurring subscribers may cancel through NSTALZ Billing, the billing platform that processed the subscription, or by contacting support@nstalz.com for assistance. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Access remains available until the end of the already-paid period unless the purchase terms or an account restriction provide otherwise. No renewal cancellation is needed for a one-time 12-month purchase.
Deleting an account does not necessarily cancel an externally billed recurring subscription. Web app and PWA billing are managed through NSTALZ and Stripe. Enterprise access may be governed by a separate written order, proposal, or agreement.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. NSTALZ does not automatically provide prorated refunds, refunds for unused time, refunds because a user received no matches or no work, or refunds because a user chose not to use the service.
NSTALZ may review requests involving duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, unauthorized transactions, a material technical failure directly attributable to NSTALZ, or circumstances where a refund is required by law. Requests must be sent to support@nstalz.com.
Refund eligibility remains subject to the billing platform’s rules, the purchase terms shown at checkout, and applicable law. Purchases processed by Apple or Google, if later available, may require a refund request directly through the applicable store. NSTALZ does not promise a fixed refund period or money-back guarantee.
Users retain ownership of their content. By uploading or submitting content, a user grants NSTALZ a limited, nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, format, display, transmit, and moderate the content only as reasonably necessary to operate the marketplace, display profiles, provide messaging, review reports, protect users, maintain the service, and comply with law.
This license does not transfer ownership of portfolio photographs or other user content to NSTALZ.
Users represent that they have permission to upload photos, logos, project images, customer-property images, documents, and other content. Uploads must be accurate, lawful, relevant, and must not violate privacy, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
Do not upload full card details, CVV codes, passwords, authentication codes, malware, or unnecessary identity documents. NSTALZ may restrict access to, preserve, or remove uploads when reasonably necessary for platform operation, safety, security, moderation, enforcement, or law.
Messaging is provided to support marketplace communications between matched or otherwise authorized users. Users must not use messaging for harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, spam, unlawful discrimination, illegal activity, collection of sensitive payment credentials, or conduct that violates these Terms.
Messages are intended for their participants, but authorized NSTALZ personnel may access or preserve them when reasonably necessary for support, safety, abuse investigations, moderation, fraud prevention, enforcement, disputes, or legal compliance.
Users must not:
Users may report suspected fraud, unsafe conduct, harassment, threats, impersonation, false documents, abuse, or Terms violations through available controls or by contacting support@nstalz.com.
NSTALZ may investigate reports and may restrict visibility, preserve records, remove content, suspend accounts, block accounts, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary. A report does not guarantee removal or a particular outcome, and confidential administrative notes are not public.
NSTALZ may use Twilio to send authentication or verification codes, security alerts, account-access alerts, match notifications, unread-message notifications, support updates, billing or subscription notices, moderation or account-status notices, and material service updates.
Consent applies only to the communications selected or otherwise permitted for the requested service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to promotional SMS is not a condition of purchasing marketplace access, and marketing SMS requires separate consent.
Reply STOP to opt out of applicable messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out of optional SMS does not necessarily disable authentication, security, or service communications delivered through other channels.
NSTALZ may use Postmark for transactional email and may offer browser, application, operating-system, or device push notifications when permission is granted. Push availability is not guaranteed on every platform. For assistance, contact support@nstalz.com. Mobile and communications data are handled under the Privacy Policy.
NSTALZ uses or may use third-party services including Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe, Postmark, GoDaddy and its associated email service, Twilio, PostHog, and Sentry. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices while providing services to NSTALZ.
Links, integrations, device platforms, app stores, browsers, payment services, and services offered independently by marketplace users are third-party services. NSTALZ is not responsible for a third party’s independent products, promises, availability, conduct, security, or terms.
NSTALZ and its licensors retain all rights in the NSTALZ name, marks, software, interface, designs, databases, documentation, and other platform materials, excluding user content. Subject to these Terms, NSTALZ grants users a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service for its intended marketplace purpose.
NSTALZ may investigate reports, restrict visibility, remove content, suspend accounts, block accounts, terminate accounts, and preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary for fraud, harassment, threats, unsafe conduct, impersonation, false documents, platform abuse, payment failure, security, legal compliance, or Terms violations.
NSTALZ may act without advance notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Termination does not erase obligations, liabilities, or records that must or may lawfully be retained.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NSTALZ is provided “as is” and “as available.” NSTALZ disclaims warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular project, and disclaims warranties regarding users, profiles, verification signals, matches, communications, agreements, payments, workmanship, safety, qualifications, or legal compliance.
NSTALZ does not provide legal, tax, insurance, licensing, employment-classification, construction-supervision, or professional-certification advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NSTALZ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities; or losses arising from user agreements, jobsite activity, user conduct, nonpayment between users, user-uploaded content, marketplace communications, verification signals, or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits non-waivable consumer rights or legally available remedies.
To the extent permitted by law, a user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold NSTALZ harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from the user’s content, conduct, agreements, work, payments, legal violations, infringement, or breach of these Terms. This section does not require indemnification where prohibited by law.
Before filing a claim against NSTALZ, the user must contact support@nstalz.com with a description of the dispute and requested resolution. The parties will attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days.
If the dispute remains unresolved, either party may bring the claim in a state or federal court that has lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights or legally available remedies.
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and by the law that applies to the dispute in the absence of a contractual choice-of-law provision, without limiting any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Any court proceeding may be brought in a state or federal court with lawful jurisdiction.
NSTALZ may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, law, pricing, providers, or operations. The effective or last-updated date will identify the current version. When required, NSTALZ may provide additional notice and request renewed acceptance.

To help NSTALZ identify and investigate a request, include the account email address, account phone number when relevant, account role, a concise description, and screenshots or invoice references when useful.
Do not include a password, authentication code, full card number, CVV, or unnecessary identity documents. NSTALZ may request reasonable additional information when needed to verify account ownership or investigate a safety or billing concern.
Report suspected fraud, harassment, threats, unsafe conduct, impersonation, false documents, inappropriate messages, or other platform abuse to support@nstalz.com. Include relevant account information, dates, screenshots, and a clear description where available.
Privacy questions, privacy-rights requests, communication-preference questions, and account-deletion requests may be sent to support@nstalz.com. NSTALZ may verify account ownership before acting. Do not provide a password.
Account controls
This public page provides the current method for requesting deletion of an NSTALZ marketplace account and associated personal data.

Deleting an account is different from signing out or uninstalling the app. Signing out does not delete the account. Uninstalling the app does not delete the account.
A verified deletion request removes the active marketplace profile and begins deletion of eligible personal information under the published retention schedule.
Request account deletionSend an email to support@nstalz.com with the subject NSTALZ Account Deletion Request.
This public method can be used without reinstalling the app, logging in, or purchasing anything. NSTALZ does not claim that an in-app deletion control is currently available.
Include:
Do not include a password, authentication code, full card number, CVV, or unnecessary identity documents. NSTALZ may request reasonable additional information when necessary to verify account ownership.
NSTALZ must verify account ownership before acting. After verification, NSTALZ will disable or remove the active marketplace profile and begin deletion of eligible personal information.
The target is to complete deletion of eligible active data within 30 days after verification of the request.
The active profile will no longer remain publicly or marketplace discoverable. Eligible account, profile, message, and match information will be deleted or deidentified within the 30-day target, subject to limited retention that is reasonably necessary.
Backup information will not be restored to active marketplace use except for disaster recovery, security, or legal necessity. NSTALZ does not promise immediate removal from every backup.
Subscription cancellation and account deletion may be separate processes. Deleting an account does not necessarily cancel an externally billed subscription.
When direct Stripe billing is available, a subscription may be canceled through the Stripe billing portal or with support assistance. Web app and PWA subscriptions are managed through NSTALZ billing and Stripe. Emailing NSTALZ does not automatically cancel a subscription controlled by an external billing platform.
